Pretty interesting reading... though may not be useful for me as I am pure vegetarian.
Thanks Mihir :-). The aim is to get to 100 restaurants, and am working very hard to get there!
And also, I might get to start eating veg, or take more people who eat veg along with me. Peer pressure is demanding me to start on that too :D!
In the meanwhile, maybe you can go with my hypothesis, "if a restaurant serves good non-veg, it will serve good veg too"! ;-)

Serves only vegetarain... serves some of the best paneer in the city.. kaju paneer and ghee rice/butter naan makes an awesome meal..he has a seperate list on his menu for the paneer delicacies...His tadka dal and kadai vegetable are very decent and better than most small resaurants.. 2 ppl can binge at a price of 350-400 ... hope this helps..cheers

one small suggestion.Pls include the location and rating in the title itself. So that as the number of restaurants increase it would be easy for us to search for the best one :D :D

Pramod - suggestion is good, but now that we have 85, it is herculean to add them :( .. plus i really dont believe in giving numbers.. for that we have to atleast visit 3-4 times is what I feel annamata...
i m veggie....u dont get good veg where non-veg is also served...lots of experiences across india..hahahah
anyways,i will recommend this list to my friends....
u missed Nyagra Rest near Kothi bus stand exit gate. famous for biryani and astoria at RTC cross road is also missing sir.

BTW, wondering how missed Taj Tristar (in the lane opp. Manju Theatre). It serves the best curd rice I hv eaten in my life. It's been 8 years I ate there but I still remember it.
For veggies, there is Kamat Lingapur at Begumpet. It's a decent star rate veg only restaurant.
