Polar Bear

What a name to choose for an ice cream joint! I like creative names 😊. Their “Triple Luv” truly showers some real ice cream love on you! Infact, they have the best possible combination in this – vanilla, pista and fruit! Topped with some dry fruits and honey, you will really feel loved after having this. And then they have this vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and chocolate cake – named “My DBC”, that was also very good in taste. I also had their Alphonso Mango Falooda and liked it a lot (well it's Mango, so it can't go bad!).

Indulge Ice-creams (At Almond House)

These ice creams will rank as one of the best in the city! Their Mango Chilly ice cream is simply awesome – you first get the taste of the Mango and then the taste of the chilly hits you. It’s an awesome experience every time you eat a spoonful of this ice-cream! Their coffee ice-cream is also very good. And another superb option is their Lime Gelato – it is so refreshing to the palate that you will go back asking for more!

Their other flavours are equally great too – the various chocolate options; the fresh fruit options (I loved their kala jamun ice-cream); the traditional options (vanilla etc) – all taste awesome. They serve these ice-creams in either cups or jars (depending on the size) and these become very useful in your homes too! If you haven’t gone here yet, find the nearest one and go. Go!

Oh so Stoned!

Each time, I used to slow down my vehicle to pick up food from Clay Pot, the first guys to approach me were from “Oh so stoned!” Finally one day, we decided to try out their ice cream. Whilst a couple of them tasted routine, their Tiramisu ice-cream was fabulous! It has a catchy name too – “Tira Miss U” ! I’d highly recommend the Tiramisu ice-cream here!

Froststick

One fine evening, while searching for some good icecream places, found an enticing picture of this place where different colored ice-cream sticks were placed! It was so appealing that we set off to their Jubilee Hills shop. Though they didn’t have a display as shown in that picture (their outlets in Inorbit and Forum Mall have this eye-catching display!), their Watermelon Gelato was quite tasty. Every time I go there I only take that. I have tasted their Grape and Pista sticks too, and they are equally tasty.

Hazel Nut

Only went once to this place – just to try out their Ice Cream sizzler. But somehow the burnt smell of the brownie was a put off – so much that we couldn’t enjoy their normal ice cream too. Just a matter of opinion J. Would prefer Nuts overload from creamstone :)

Inorbit Mall Food Court

Four seasons

One of the best things to have happened to Hyderabad is Four Seasons restaurant in Toli Chowki. And they have a branch in the food court here too. Their non-veg combo is good - in the multiple times I ate it here, never was disappointed. Chicken65, Chicken Sticks, Fish Kabab, Tangdi Kabab, Chicken Lollipop, Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice are all very good here. Most of the times, we end up eating at Four Seasons!

Jalapenos

This is a Mexican place. Typically, quesidillas are good at Mexican place, but I have not tried them here. Their salad bowl offering is very good, and I end up eating only that item at this place :) Highly recommended.

Mad about China

Don't eat here. Period. First, he doesn't take the correct order, then tells me I didn't order. Then he gets the wrong order (I ordered for Soup+Schezuan chicken+chicken in garlic sauce) - he gets Black Pepper chicken and Chicken in Garlic Sauce (and no soup!). Not having the patience to wait for the actual order to come, decided to start eating and then realise the chicken is like very hard ! Not stale, but hard like a rock... not sure what to make of it! Should have listened to Shravya when she said that this should be renamed as Mad at China! Late realisation from my side!

Newsroom

Not sure if I got the name right. This is not in the food court, but in the floor below it. Place is very costly, though the wraps were good. Sandwiches are very small, and very costly too :). I don't think we will be going back to this place again.

Creamstone

Actually the "fruit exotica" icecream they make is very good, but then it is Rs.126/- ! I guess all good things come at a cost :D... worth eating, though not everytime we go there though!
